At Inwoven, every product is carefully inspected before dispatch. We accept returns or exchanges only in the following cases:
- You received a wrong product.
- The product has a manufacturing defect.
- The product received is significantly different from what was ordered.
Important Conditions
- An unboxing/opening video is mandatory for all return or exchange requests. Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted.
- Requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery by emailing Inwoven3@gmail.com.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Products showing signs of use, damage, alteration, washing, or mishandling will not be eligible for return or exchange.
- Minor variations in color, weave, texture, print placement, or handcrafted detailing are natural characteristics and are not considered defects.
Transit Damage
If the outer package appears damaged at the time of delivery, please refuse the shipment and immediately notify us with photographs.
Claims for transit damage after accepting the delivery will not be entertained.
Refunds
Once the returned product passes our quality inspection, the refund (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method.
Cancellation
Orders once placed cannot be cancelled or modified.

What if I want to exchange or return my order?
Exchange and returns are available for products within 7 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition with all tags intact.
